1. Bust (cm)
Measure the bust line at the fullest part of your chest. Pull the tape as tight as you can without changing the shape of your breasts. Arms should be at your side and relaxed.
2. Waist (cm)
Find the narrowest point by tipping over (like a teapot), and wrapping the tape measure around the middle.
3. Hips (cm)
Wrap the measuring tape around the largest part of your hips.
